The Arnulfpark project in Munich, designed by the firm Loci Anima, represents an innovative approach to office and hotel architecture, aiming to redefine the standards of these urban typologies.
A reinvented office architecture
The main goal of the project was to “de-standardize” office architecture by offering a more organic design adapted to contemporary needs. The program includes office spaces and a hotel, spread over a floor area of 27,200 m². The design emphasizes reclaiming urban terraces, transforming these often neglected spaces into pleasant living and working areas.
