La Rue Verticale is an iconic project designed by the firm Loci Anima, led by Françoise Raynaud, for the Pont d’Issy-les-Moulineaux district. This mixed-use tower, combining offices, housing, shops, and public spaces, fits within a sustainable urban densification approach. It aims to integrate nature into the city at all levels, offering a harmonious relationship with the surrounding landscape.

An organic and landscaped architecture
The design of La Rue Verticale is based on the principle of successive layers, where each level is treated like a hanging garden. The planted terraces, continuous balconies, and perforated glass façades create a fluid relationship between interior and exterior spaces. This approach offers occupants unobstructed views of the Seine and the urban landscape while promoting biodiversity.
