At the heart of the islet there are superimposed houses with their large shooting balconies and gardens facing due south, which are isolated from the path in the heart of the terrain and, easily appropriable by the residents. The strategic angles of the islet are occupied on the ground floor by shops and by a bike station. All of the apartments benefit from natural light and are designed on the double principle of scalability and fluidity. The lobbies, lifts and staircases of the dwellings are totally independent.
