The ADN Towers, designed by the architectural firm Loci Anima led by Françoise Raynaud, are part of the urban renewal plans for the Pont d’Issy district near the Seine.
This ambitious project proposed two residential towers with a bold and expressive design, envisioned as complementary vertical figures. Their silhouettes rise along a precise geometric grid, inspired by the spiral motion of a helix—hence their name: ADN (the French acronym for DNA). The façades alternate between solid and open elements, with light and transparent materials, creating strong architectural legibility.
The program aimed for mixed use: housing, offices, retail spaces, and public facilities, supporting a balanced urban density and a high quality of life. The entire design followed a high environmental standard, incorporating passive ventilation systems, planted terraces, and optimized natural lighting.
Though never built, the ADN Towers project fully reflects Loci Anima’s capacity to envision ambitious, context-driven, and environmentally committed urban architecture.
